随着财务职能的重心从核算型向管理型、服务型的转变，财务分析和决策支持越来越成为企业不可或缺的重要工具。本文首先阐述了财务人员完成财务分析普遍存在的几个问题，提出了可供选择的财务分析方法及实务应用，重点以利润变动分析为例提出分析思路和具体方法，最后对如何提升财务分析报告质量提出相关建议。
