在网络经济时代,统计信息的加工、生成、传播以及应用等一系列过程被赋予不同于在传统经济时代的种种特征。因此我们认为,在网络经济时代,在影响统计信息质量的诸要素中,至少有四个要素将比以往显得更加突出,即统计信息的安全性问题、统计信息的时效性问题、统计信息的真实性问题及统计信息的实用性问题。为此,我们分别从这四个方面分析了在网络经济时代提高统计信息质量应采取的措施。
In the era of network economy, a series of processes of processing, generating, spreading and applying statistical information are given different characteristics from those in the traditional economic era. Therefore, in the era of Internet economy, at least four elements of the factors that affect the quality of statistical information will become more prominent than before, namely, the security of statistical information, the timeliness of statistical information, the truth of statistical information Sexual issues and the practicality of statistical information. For this reason, we analyzed the measures that should be taken to improve the quality of statistical information in the network economy from these four aspects respectively.
