采用二种原煤和二种混煤,对其加热过程中灰样中的硬石膏(CaSO4)进行X-射线衍射分析,结果表明:煤灰样中CaO的固硫效果在900℃左右时达到最大,然后逐渐减弱,在1100℃左右时硫全部析出.混煤煤灰与单种煤煤灰中CaO的固硫作用相同,其固硫过程和行为一致.
Two kinds of raw coal and two kinds of mixed coal were used to analyze the X-ray diffraction of the anhydrite (CaSO4) in the gray sample during the heating process. The results showed that the sulfur-fixing effect of CaO in the coal ash reached the maximum at about 900 ℃ , Then gradually weakened, at about 1100 ℃ when all sulfur precipitation. The mixed coal ash has the same sulfur-fixing effect as CaO in single coal ash, and its sulfur-fixing process and behavior are the same.
