钢渣直接返回高炉用作熔剂的主要优点是利用渣中CaO代替石灰石,节约了熔剂消耗,但由于目前高炉大都使用高碱度烧结矿,基本上不加石灰石,所以钢渣返回高炉的用量受到限制。但对于烧结能力不足的高炉,用钢渣作高炉熔剂的价值仍很大。此外,钢渣中较高的铁含量可代替部分铁矿石,钢渣中MgO可置换部分白云石,增加炉渣的流动性和稳定性。钢渣中的Mn O可回收进入铁水。
The main advantage of using slag directly back to the blast furnace as a flux is to use CaO in the slag instead of limestone to save the flux consumption. However, since most blast furnaces currently use high-basicity sinter and basically do not add limestone, the amount of steel slag returned to the blast furnace is limited. But for the blast furnace with insufficient sintering capacity, the value of steel slag as a blast furnace flux is still great. In addition, the higher iron content in steel slag can replace part of iron ore, and MgO in slag can replace part of dolomite to increase the fluidity and stability of slag. Mn O in steel slag can be recycled into hot metal.
