对北京市某区三十家服装干洗店和两个电影厂PCE作业现场职业卫生学调查表明,车间空气中PCE浓度部分超过国家最高允许浓度(200mg/m3)。PCE接触组血糖、胆酸及血清高、低密度脂蛋白含量均极显著高于对照组(P<001),表明PCE对接触组脂代谢有影响。血清β2微球蛋白含量极显著低于对照组(P<001),表明可能与PCE接触引起肾小管吸收功能受损有关
A survey of occupational hygiene at the PCE site of thirty apparel dry cleaners and two movie studios in a certain district of Beijing shows that the PCE concentration in the air of the workshop exceeds the maximum allowable concentration of the country (200mg / m3). PCE exposure group, blood glucose, bile acid and serum high and low density lipoprotein content were significantly higher than the control group (P <0 01), indicating that PCE on lipid metabolism in the affected group. Serum β2 microglobulin content was significantly lower than the control group (P <0 01), suggesting that PCE exposure may lead to impaired renal tubular absorption
