使用抗癌药物治疗恶性肿瘤在临床上极为重要.但大多数抗癌药物都可引起胃肠道反应,患者往往由于严重的恶心、呕吐等不良反应,难以完成化疗疗程,直接影响疗效.近年来国外应用高效5—HT_3受体阻断剂——枢复宁等,大大降低了胃肠道反应的严重性,但价格昂贵,国内一般患者尚难承受.我科采用胃复安等联合止吐方案,取得良好止吐效果.
The use of anti-cancer drugs for the treatment of malignant tumors is extremely important in clinical practice. However, most anti-cancer drugs can cause gastrointestinal reactions. Patients often have serious adverse effects such as nausea and vomiting, and it is difficult to complete the course of chemotherapy, which directly affects the efficacy. The use of high-efficiency 5-HT3 receptor blockers in foreign countries, such as shufuning, has greatly reduced the severity of gastrointestinal reactions, but the price is expensive, and it is still difficult for the general domestic patients to bear. Our department uses metoclopramide and other joint antiemetic Plan to achieve a good antiemetic effect.
