果重是构成产量的重要因素之一。在保证每亩株数和每株果粒数的前提下,果实发育的好坏,果重的高低,对提高产量和果实品质有重要作用。所以,有必要研究枸杞果实形成和增重的过程。为此,我们于1978年和1981~1982年对我院实验农场和贺兰县的枸杞,固定5株样树,树龄7~13年生,每株选取中部4个枝条共20个枝,进行初步观察和制作石蜡切片,以了解枸杞果实发育各时期的内在特点,为提出合理的栽培措施提供科学依据。一、果实的形成与成熟过程
