At the time of “One-Year Renewal, Vientiane Update”, Harbin Fiberglass Research Institute took on the “600 MW Turbine Generator FRP Cone Ring,” “300 MW Turbogenerator FRP End Rings,” and “FRP Fiber Reinforced Fiber Reinforcement Core.” Three scientific research projects have successfully passed the ministerial-level technical appraisal in Harbin Ice City. The technical appraisal meeting was chaired by the Patent Achievement Department of the Technology Development Division of the National Building Materials Bureau. Professors from Harbin Institute of Technology, vice president of Harbin Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Deputy Chief Engineer of Harbin Electric Machinery Factory, Harbin Institute of Architecture and Engineering, and Harbin were employed.
