室内不同饲养代数对番石榴实蝇发育历期的影响

在室内研究了不同饲养代数对番石榴实蝇各虫态发育历期的影响。结果表明:室内继代饲养番石榴实蝇,第1代和第15代卵历期、1~3龄幼虫历期、蛹的历期间无明显差异(卵历期:F=1.04,P〉0.05;1龄幼虫历期:F=0.65,P〉0.05;2龄幼虫历期:F=0.83,P〉0.05;3龄幼虫历期:F=0.58,P〉0.05;蛹历期:F=0.36,P〉0.05)。继代饲养到第15代时,番石榴实蝇成虫交配前期增加(F=5.15,P〈0.01),成虫第1次交配到第1次产卵时间间隔也表现为随着继代饲养代数的增加而逐渐增加
