支点高度测量误差、施工过程中出现“三条腿”现象以及软土地基不均匀沉降等原因,均会影响桥梁的线形平顺,且对桥梁整体的受力情况也会有一定程度的影响,通过布设高度可调支座可解决此类问题。该文简要介绍了现行国内外常用的调高支座方案。桥梁支座作为桥梁抗震的薄弱环节,当整体结构经受地震作用时,一旦上部结构传递的惯性力超过支座的强度,震害极为普遍,通过布设减隔震装置可以缓解地震对桥梁结构带来的危害。该文主要参考桥梁结构抗震相关内容,简要介绍铅芯橡胶支座、高阻尼橡胶支座和摩擦摆式隔震支座3种减隔震支座的结构类型及特点,开展了一种兼具可调高与减隔震性能新型支座的研究,设计了一种调高多级消能盆式橡胶支座。

This paper mainly refers to the seismic content of bridge structure, briefly introduces the structure types and characteristics of three types of seismic isolation bearings with lead rubber bearings, high damping rubber bearings and friction pendulum bearings, The research on a new type of bearing which can adjust the height and the isolation performance of the shock absorber is designed and a kind of rubber bearing with multi-level energy dissipation basin is designed.
