目的 :研究大学生长潜伏期听觉诱发电位与感觉寻求人格特征的相关性。方法 :对 79名大学生进行感觉寻求人格测试 ,并采用 70、80、90、10 0dB 4种短纯音刺激检测其长潜伏期听觉诱发电位。结果 :大学生具有较为突出的去抑制人格特征 ;Cz、C3、C4 部位N1、P2潜伏期随刺激强度的增加而缩短 ;N1、P2以及N1 P2波幅随刺激强度的增加而增加 ;高感觉寻求者Cz、C3、C4 部位 2 0min后再测的波幅 刺激强度函数 (ASF)斜率明显减小 ,与首次测试相比差异具有显著意义。结论 :长潜伏期听觉诱发电位的强度依赖性及快速习惯化现象 ,可能成为感觉寻求人格特征的神经电生理标志
Objective: To study the correlation between long latency auditory evoked potentials and sensory seeking personality traits in college students. Methods: A total of 79 college students were tested for their personality traits and their long latency auditory evoked potentials were measured using four short pure tone stimuli (70,80,90,10 0dB). Results: The undergraduates had a more prominent detrimental personality trait. The latency of N1 and P2 of Cz, C3 and C4 shortened with the increase of stimulus intensity. The amplitude of N1, P2 and N1 P2 increased with the increase of stimulus intensity. Cz , And the slope of the amplitude stimulus intensity function (ASF) measured at 20 min after C3 and C4 was significantly decreased, which was significantly different from the first test. CONCLUSIONS: The intensity-dependent and rapidly-acclimatization of long-latency auditory evoked potentials may become neuroelectrophysiological markers of sensory seeking personality traits
