近年来随着我国医疗体制改革不断深化,公立医院医务人员薪酬制度改革亦成为亟需解决的问题,该项改革是医院实施收入分配制度改革的重要内容,科学严谨的改革设计有利于充分调动医务人员的积极性,增强医院竞争能力。本文就薪酬改革背景,现有制度的不足以及提出的相关建议进行阐述。
