2013年9月到10月,习近平主席在出访中亚四国以及印尼、马来西亚期间提出了共建“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的宏远构想,赋予了这两条古老的交通要道崭新的时代意义。如今,“一带一路”规划基本成形,并进入务实合作阶段,尤其在交通基本建设、贸易与投资、能源与资源、金融安全、双边与区域合作等领域取得了明显进展。“一带一路”正在由宏伟的构想转变为坚实的现实,正在成为开放中国、联通世界的圆梦走廊。
From September to October 2013, during his visit to the four Central Asian countries, Indonesia and Malaysia, President Xi Jinping put forward the grand vision of building the “Silk Road Economic Belt” and the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road” The two old traffic arteries a new era of significance. Nowadays, the “One Belt and Road Initiative” has basically taken shape and has entered a phase of pragmatic cooperation. In particular, remarkable progress has been made in such areas as transportation infrastructure, trade and investment, energy and resources, financial security, bilateral and regional cooperation. The Belt and Road initiative is transforming from a grandiose conception to a solid reality and is becoming the hall of dreams to open China and Unicom.
