利用高抗条锈CIMMYT节节麦衍生系川05W4578与Sy95-71构建的F2群体,对川05W4578成株期的抗锈性进行了遗传分析。结果表明,川05W4578的抗条锈性状受两对基因控制,可用于抗条锈病育种。
The resistance to rust of adult Sichuan 05W4578 was analyzed by using the F2 population constructed from the lines derived from the resistant lines CIMMYT and ZY05W4578 and Sy95-71. The results showed that the resistance to stripe rust of Chuan 05W4578 was controlled by two pairs of genes and could be used for breeding resistance to stripe rust.
