本文通过乳杆菌活菌胶囊制剂（定菌生）与灭滴灵对照治疗细菌性阴道病（ＢａｃｔｅｒｉａｌＶａｇｉｎｏｓｉｓ，简称ＢＶ），评价其疗效及安全性。经临床及化验室检查证实无其他疾病并排除滴虫性阴道炎及霉菌性阴道炎的ＢＶ患者６０例，乳杆菌活菌胶囊制剂治疗３０例，灭滴灵对照３０例，治疗１个疗程（１０天），停药３天复查。结果：乳杆菌活菌胶囊制剂和灭滴灵治疗细菌性阴道病，二者总有效率分别为７７３％及７７８％，治疗前后实验室无明显改变。结论：乳杆菌活菌胶囊制剂是治疗ＢＶ的安全有效药物，治疗效果肯定，与灭滴灵相比无显著差异 This article through the Lactobacillus live bacteria capsule formulation (bacteria) and metronidazole control bacterial vaginosis (BacterialVaginosis, referred to as BV), evaluate its efficacy and safety.
