元器件类合同集的实施管理具有涉及合同数多,涉及元器件种类广、数量多、供货周期长、批次多、各批次涉及元器件的种类与数量不一等难点。介绍了一种基于综合运用MS Office Excel及MS Office Access套件,实现对元器件类合同集的两大进度分支信息——供货数量与票款收支的独立表征与高效整合,为解决元器件类合同集的实施进度的高效管控提供一种简便、可靠的方法。
