建国三十多年来,在党和人民政府的关怀下,随着国民经济的恢复和发展,我市卫生事业有了较大的发展,但与人民群众日益增长的精神和物质需求量还很不相适应,看病难,住院难的矛盾还十分突出。1983年11月卫生局党委组建后,认真贯彻执行党的十一届三中全会精神,坚持四项基本原则,大力加强精神文明建设,全面开展创建文明单位活动,从机关到基层单位面貌都发生了显著变化,局直16个单位(含局机关)有10个单位分别被卫生部、省卫生厅、市和区政府授予文明单位称号,占全系统单位总数的62.5％,卫生局八
In the more than 30 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, under the care of the party and the people’s government, with the restoration and development of the national economy, the city’s health care has made great progress, but the growing spiritual and material needs of the people are still very high. Inappropriate, difficult to see a doctor, difficult hospitalization is still very prominent. In November 1983, the Party committee of the Health Bureau conscientiously implemented the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, adhered to the four basic principles, vigorously strengthened the construction of spiritual civilization, and comprehensively carried out activities to create civilized units, from the authorities to the grassroots units. Significant changes have been made. Ten units of 16 units (including bureaus) have been awarded the title of civilized units by the Ministry of Health, the Provincial Health Department, and municipal and district governments, accounting for 62.5% of the total number of system-wide units.
