目的观察对比玻璃纤维桩核与铸造金属桩核在前牙牙体缺损修复中的临床疗效方法选取84颗需行桩核修复的前牙,分别用玻璃纤维桩核和金属铸造桩核进行修复,观察1-3年,观察其临床效果。结果 A组成功41例,1例失败,成功率97.5%。B组成功35例,失败7例,成功率为83.3%,两组修复效果的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩核与铸造金属桩核在前牙牙体缺损修复治疗中差异有统计学意义。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of glass fiber posts and cast metal posts in the repair of tooth defects in anterior teeth.Methods 84 anterior teeth to be repaired with post and core were selected and repaired with glass fiber post and metal post, 1-3 years, observe its clinical effect. Results A group of 41 cases successfully, 1 case failed, the success rate of 97.5%. In group B, 35 cases were successful and 7 cases failed, the success rate was 83.3%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The differences between glass fiber post and cast metal posts in the treatment of anterior tooth defects were statistically significant.
