[目的]为韭菜生产过程中合理选择有机肥料种类,提高韭菜产量和效益提供理论依据。[方法]采用盆栽试验,研究了花生饼肥、鸡粪和蘑菇渣3种有机肥对韭菜生长及产量的影响。[结果]施用有机肥韭菜株高、茎粗和叶宽均优于对照(处理4),以花生饼肥(处理1)表现最优,其次是鸡粪(处理2),蘑菇渣(处理3)最差;施用花生饼肥(处理1)的产量和经济效益最高,分别为65.514 t/hm~2、175.556万元/hm~2,依次是施用鸡粪(处理2),施用蘑菇渣(处理3)的产量和经济效益最低。[结论]韭菜生产中选择花生饼肥做有机肥可以显著提高韭菜的产量和经济效益。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for choosing the organic fertilizer species and raising the yield and benefit of Chinese chives in the process of leek production. [Method] Pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of three kinds of organic fertilizer including peanut cake fertilizer, chicken manure and mushroom residue on the growth and yield of Chinese chives. [Result] The results showed that the plant height, stem diameter and leaf width of organic leek were better than those of the control (treatment 4) and peanut cake fertilizer (treatment 1), followed by chicken manure (treatment 2) and mushroom dregs (treatment 3) And the worst. The yield and economic benefit of applying peanut cake fertilizer (Treatment 1) were the highest (65.514 t / hm -2,175.556 ten thousand yuan / hm 2), followed by the application of chicken manure (Treatment 2) ) The lowest yield and economic benefits. [Conclusion] Selecting peanut cake fertilizer as organic fertilizer in leek production could significantly increase the yield and economic benefit of leek.
