To develop related technical researches of thorium/uranium cycle, precise analysis of thorium amount should be perfectly set up. For dissolving in the uranium-thorium cycle, establish appropriate analytical methods, provide sufficient technical preparation for follow-up work. This article discusses in the system of pH=1.6-2.0 of nitric acid, EDTA complexometric titration analysis method for Th4+, and when F-, Al3+ and U ions are interference for analysis of Th4+ method is also discussed.
