我们的父亲叫王民一,字天民,是一位抗日老军人,黄埔军校武汉分校的学员。参加过八一三淞沪抗战,从战场撤下后,紧接着投入南京保卫战。1937年12月他身为国军71军87师师部中校副官,从参加战斗到死里逃生,历经惊心动魄的一幕。应该说他是“南京保卫战”和“南京大屠杀”的亲历者、见证人、幸存者。多少年来他常常对我们五个兄妹口述那一段终生难忘的历史,分析胜败原因和对那场战争的反思与愧疚。
