随着期货市场的快速发展,期货人才的需求缺口迅速扩大,独立学院可以利用其办学灵活的特点,优先投入资源开展教学模式改革,为期货市场输送应用型人才。笔者经过几年的教学实践,在期货与期权课程的教学模式改革过程中,逐步形成了一个理论与实践相衔接,以职业化教育为纽带,进行校企联合培养的实践育人教学模式。 With the rapid development of the futures market, the demand gap of futures talents has rapidly expanded. Independent colleges can take advantage of their flexibility in running schools, give priority to resources to carry out the reform of teaching modes and deliver applied talents for the futures market. After several years of teaching practice, the author has gradually formed a teaching mode of practice education, which is a combination of theory and practice and takes professional education as a link in the course of the reform of the teaching mode of futures and options courses.
