从公共选修课资产评估学的课程特点、教学目的出发,总结了财经类高校资产评估学教学实践中存在教材应试性较强,缺乏专业的针对性;教学过程手段方法单一,缺乏实务实训;考核方式过多依赖卷面,实践操作考核较少等问题,并以铜陵学院为例,提出了解决这些问题的措施,应突出教学内容的实用性、趣味性、实务性、执业性与参与性。
Based on the characteristics and teaching purposes of the course of asset appraisal of public elective courses, this paper summarizes that there should be a high degree of probationality in the teaching practice of asset appraisal in financial colleges and universities, and lack of pertinence in teaching. The method of teaching process is single and lacks practical training. Excessive examination methods rely on the volume, less practical operation assessment and other issues, and Tongling University, for example, put forward measures to solve these problems, should highlight the practicality of the teaching content, fun, practical, practical and participatory .
