以中苎1号、湘苎3号、Tri-1和新品系R057共4个苎麻品种(系)为材料,研究了插条不同扦插深度对苎麻低位分枝扦插苗的成苗率、主茎高度增加量、单株干重及分枝特性的影响。结果表明:4个苎麻品种(系)低位分枝扦插苗的成苗率、主茎高度增加量、单株根系干重、叶干重和分枝干重都表现为扦插深度1.5cm>3.0cm>4.5cm处理,且处理间差异显著;分枝数、分枝长度、最低和最高分枝位长也表现出随插条深度增加而明显降低。综合考虑,苎麻低位分枝扦插苗培育时,扦插深度以1.5cm左右较为理想。
A total of 4 ramie cultivars (lines), Zhongzhu 1, Xiangzhu 3, Tri-1 and a new line R057, were used as materials to study the effects of different cutting depths on the ramie seedling establishment, Height increase, dry weight per plant and branch characteristics. The results showed that: the seedling rate, the height increase of main stem, the root dry weight per plant, the dry weight of leaf and the dry weight of branches of four ramie varieties (lines) showed the cutting depth of 1.5cm> 3.0cm > 4.5cm, and the difference between treatments was significant. The number of branches, branch lengths, minimum and maximum branch bit lengths also showed a significant decrease with increasing depth of cuttings. Taken together, low ramie cutting propagation seedlings, the cutting depth of about 1.5cm is ideal.
