2006年底,随着我省最后4个县“两基”工作通过省级达标验收,全省88个县全部实现了“两基”目标。这标志着我省启动于2001年的“两基”攻坚工作胜利完成。但是,新的任务又摆在我们面前。2007年,我省“两基”工作将接受国家的督导检查。为了迎接“国检”,进一步促进“两基”巩固提高,省委省政府于2006年10月召开了全省“两基”攻坚工作总结表彰大会和促“两基”迎“国检”动员大会,号召全省各级党委、政府和教育系统进一步弘扬“两基”攻坚精神,积极行动起来,全力以赴搞好“两基”巩固提高工作,以优异成绩迎接“国检”。为了加大舆论宣传力度,积极营造迎“国检”氛围,让迎“国检”工作深入人心,本刊从2007年第1期起开设由省政府教育督导室、教育厅基教处主办,贵州教育报刊社承办的“迎国检·促两基”专栏。在这个专栏中,我们将集中宣传省委省政府和省教育厅有关迎接“国检”及巩固提高“两基”工作的精神;宣传6年来“两基”攻坚中的成就与经验以及涌现出的先进典型及模范事迹;宣传各地巩固提高“两基”、迎接“国检”以及学习贯彻落实新颁布的《义务教育法》的情况;宣传各行各业、社会各界关心支持“两基”攻坚的事迹。请各地教育行政部门和学校大力支持,积极组稿和撰稿,与我们共同办好这个栏目,为迎“国检”、促“两基”作出贡献。
At the end of 2006, with the work of the “two bases” of the last four counties in our province passed the provincial acceptance test, all the 88 counties in the province achieved the “two bases” goal. This marks the successful completion of the “two bases” work that was initiated in 2001 by our province. However, new tasks are once again before us. In 2007, the “two basics” work in our province will be subject to inspection by the state. In order to welcome the “national inspection” and further promote the consolidation and improvement of the “two foundations”, the provincial party committee and provincial government held the province’s “two basics” task summary and commendation conference in October 2006 and promoted “two basics” to welcome the “national inspection” mobilization. The conference called on the party committees, governments, and education systems at all levels in the province to further promote the “two basics” spirit of hard work and take active actions to do its utmost to do a good job of consolidating and improving the “two foundations” and greet “national inspections” with excellent results. In order to increase media publicity efforts and actively create an atmosphere that welcomes the “national inspection” and allow the “national inspection” work to go deep into people’s minds, this publication has been set up by the Education Supervision Office of the Provincial Government and the Teaching Office of the Education Department since the first period of 2007. Educational newspapers and magazines organized the “Welcome to the State Inspection, Promoting Two Foundations” column. In this column, we will focus on promoting the spirit of the provincial party committee and provincial government and the provincial education department in greeting the “national inspection” and consolidating and improving the “two basics” work; publicizing the achievements and experiences in the “two basics” in the past six years and emerging. Advanced models and model deeds; publicize localities to consolidate and improve the “two basics”, meet the “national inspection” and study and implement the newly promulgated “Compulsory Education Law”; publicize all walks of life and all sectors of society care and support the “two basics” Deeds. The educational administrations and schools around the country are strongly encouraged to actively organize drafts and write articles. We will work together with us to manage this section and make contributions to the “national inspections” and “two bases”.
