化疗药物可以诱导肿瘤细胞多药耐药基因(mdr1)过度表达p糖蛋白(pgp)产生耐药性,导致化疗失败。在肿瘤综合治疗中常采用的放射治疗是否对mdr1有影响,尚少有报道。笔者应用免疫组织化学SP法检测了48例初治的鼻咽癌患者放射治疗前、后鼻咽部活检组织标本中pgp,旨在初步探讨外放射
Chemotherapy can induce the multidrug resistance gene (mdr1) in tumor cells to overexpress p-glycoprotein (pgp), leading to the failure of chemotherapy. It is seldom reported whether the radiation therapy commonly used in the comprehensive treatment of cancer affects mdr1.
