建筑材料是建筑工程实体、建筑工程管理的重要组成部分,是建筑工程管理的重要环节。材料管理的主要目的是以价廉物美的(较好的性价比)材料满足施工和生产的需要,并在过程中控制材料的质量和数量,并把工程和产品的材料成本控制在最低的区域范围。本文从建筑工程材料预算价格的组成和材料预算价格中常见的问题两个方面论述了怎么样做好建筑工程材料的预算。
