In the paper, the deviation transmission model of space dimension chain is established. Transfer coefficient and the contribution rate is analysed, critical dimensions which influenced the assembly precision were found and optimized, the qualification rate of product is improved. The results of this research lay foundation for the analysis of assembly precision.
