本文通过与Ceretec HM-PAO药盒比较,报道国产HM-PAO药盒的初步评价。国产HM-PAO药盒安全,~(99m)Tc标记率与Ceretec HM-PAO相似,在脑内明显浓聚,SPECT显像良好,但国产HM-PAO药盒d.1HM-PAO的含量低于Ceretec HM-PAO药盒。
This article reports the initial evaluation of a domestic HM-PAO kit by comparing with Ceretec’s HM-PAO kit. The safety of domestic-made HM-PAO kit was similar to that of Ceretec HM-PAO in ~ (99m) Tc labeling. The concentration of ~ (99m) Tc in the brain was obviously increased and SPECT imaging was good. However, the content of d.1HM-PAO in domestic HM- Ceretec HM-PAO kit.
