装载机采用液力变矩器能够较大地提高生产率,改善机器的性能。它可大大降低由外载荷突然变化而引起机器传动系统的扭振和冲击载荷,简化变速箱结构,还可与动力换档变速箱组成一体实现自动换档等。但是如果发动机与变矩器匹配不好,就不能发挥变矩器的优点,或者适得其反。现就双轴式装载机用液力变矩器的合理选型、匹配及变矩器对装载机传动系统强度计算的影响等问题进行讨论。
The use of torque converters in loaders can greatly increase productivity and improve machine performance. It can greatly reduce the torsional vibration and impact load of the machine transmission system caused by the sudden change of the external load, simplify the structure of the transmission, and can also be combined with the power shift transmission to realize automatic shifting. However, if the engine is not well matched to the torque converter, the advantages of the torque converter cannot be exploited or counterproductive. This paper discusses the problems of reasonable selection and matching of hydraulic torque converters for two-axle loaders and the influence of torque converters on the calculation of loader drive train strength.
