管理的本质是对人的管理,所以关于“茶企管理培训”便指向了对生产管理人员的培训事项。现实表明,以岗位意识培训似乎并不能引起管理人员的兴趣,所以应将培训重点转移到建构起管理人员对自身负面情绪的管理上来。通过讨论,茶企管理培训模式可围绕着:完成岗位调研、设计培训重点、完备拓展活动、设立兴趣小组、建立跟踪机制等五个方面来构建。
The essence of management is the management of human beings. Therefore, the training on tea business management focuses on the training of production managers. The reality shows that the job awareness training does not seem to arouse the interest of managers, so the training should be shifted to the construction of management personnel to manage their own negative emotions up. Through discussion, tea enterprise management training mode can be built around five aspects: completing post investigation, design training focus, complete development activities, setting up interest groups and establishing tracking mechanism.
