大白菜“干烧心”是一种生理缺钙病害,国外在1960年前后日本、美国、荷兰等有过关于甘兰、白菜“干烧心”的报导,近年来我国各大白菜产区都不同程度地受到此病危害。据1982年6月中国农科院蔬菜所在北京召开的大白菜“干烧心”病座谈会初步统计,一般发病率在30—50%,严重的达80—100%,并且有逐年发展的趋势。
