员工的事业信仰、社会大众的信赖与支持,对于采供血机构发展至关重要。本文针对社会转型期一些消极因素对无偿献血公益事业带来的影响,采供血机构发展面临诸多困难的问题,提出了以文化为引领的破解方案,即弘扬主流价值观,构建一套以“业、诚、善、和、义”为核心要素的文化体系,以达到对内凝聚员工,对外塑造品牌,开辟无偿献血及采供血事业发展新境界的目的。
Employee’s career beliefs and the trust and support of the general public are crucial to the development of blood collection and blood supply institutions.
