文章通过室内试验对石灰改良铁尾矿砂的基本工程性状进行了研究分析,为铁尾矿砂在道路工程中的应用提供了一定的理论支撑。结果表明,铁尾矿砂具有一定活性成分(SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3),可通过石灰改良的方式综合利用;改良后混合料强度随灰剂量、养护龄期、压实度的增加而增加,并具有较好的胀缩稳定性能,满足路基填料最小强度的要求。
In this paper, the basic engineering properties of lime modified iron tailing sand were studied through laboratory experiments, which provided some theoretical support for the application of iron tailings in road engineering. The results show that the iron tailings ore has some active components (SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3) and can be comprehensively utilized by means of lime improvement. The strength of the improved mixture increases with the increase of ash dosage, curing age and compaction, Better expansion and contraction stability, to meet the minimum requirements of subgrade filler.
