研究了高比例(35%)填料条件下,硅烷偶联剂对阻燃密封胶综合性能的影响。结果表明,N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(偶联剂B)制得的密封胶虽具有较优的力学性能,但存在反应时间过快,且浸水后粘结失败的缺点;双氨类低聚物(偶联剂C)制得的密封胶粘结性能太差;γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550,偶联剂A)制得的密封胶综合性能最优,所有性能均满足相关标准要求,因而更适合用于制备阻燃型硅酮密封胶产品。
The effect of silane coupling agent on the comprehensive performance of flame-retardant sealant was studied under high loading (35%). The results showed that the sealant made of N- (β-aminoethyl) -γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (coupling agent B) has better mechanical properties, but the reaction time is too fast. After immersion, the bonding failed; the sealant made by the double amines oligomer (coupling agent C) had poor bonding performance; γ-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (KH-550, coupling agent A ) Sealant obtained the best overall performance, all of the performance standards to meet the relevant requirements, and therefore more suitable for the preparation of flame retardant silicone sealant products.
