免疫球蛋白超家族NK细胞受体(Ig-SF NKR)是一大类结构和功能均具一定异质性的分子,迄今已克隆了32个全长cDNA,已确定一级结构的分子有20个。Ig-SF NKR属于Ⅰ型跨膜蛋白。本文还对Ig-SF NKR的配体识别特异性、信号转导机制及其生物学意义进行了综述。
The immunoglobulin superfamily NK cell receptor (Ig-SF NKR) is a large class of molecules that are heterogeneous in structure and function. To date, 32 full-length cDNAs have been cloned and 20 have been identified as primary-structure molecules A Ig-SF NKR belongs to type I transmembrane protein. This article also reviewed the ligand recognition specificity, signal transduction mechanism and biological significance of Ig-SF NKR.
