生命活动的基本单位是细胞,细胞的活动又决定于两个信使和三大酶系(三磷酸腺苷调节酶、腺甙酸环化酶、磷酸二酯酶)。一般认为各种激素和神经介质是第一信使而环磷腺甙是第二信使,它们传递着细胞活动的信息。而前列腺素就是第一信使中的各种激素之一,它通过受体影响着细胞中环磷腺甙浓度的改变,从而决定细胞的活动,使人具有生命的活力。最近有人认为前列腺素是第一信使和环磷腺甙之间的介质,一切激素和神经介质(第一信使)的信息,都必须通过前列腺素传递给环磷腺甙,前列腺素就变成了第二信使,环磷腺甙(cAMP)也就变成了第三信使,如果这个学说一旦确立,前列腺素在整个生命过程中的地位就变得更加重要了。
The basic unit of life activity is the cell. The activity of the cell is decided by two messengers and three major enzymes (adenosine triphosphate, adenylyl cyclase and phosphodiesterase). It is generally accepted that various hormones and neurotransmitters are the first messengers and that adenosine is the second messenger that carries information about cellular activity. Prostaglandin is one of the first hormones in the first messenger. It affects the cellular concentration of corticosteroid through the receptor and thus determines the activity of the cell, giving life to the person. Recently, it has been suggested that prostaglandins are the mediators between the first messenger and corticosteroid. All hormones and neurotransmitters (first messengers) must pass on prostaglandins to cyclic adenosine and prostaglandins become The second messenger, cAMP, becomes the third messenger, and once this doctrine is established, prostaglandin becomes even more important throughout life.
