在150kg 中频感应炉内,喷吹石灰系复合熔剂对含磷量在0.3~0.5%的中磷铁水进行了同时脱磷脱硫的试验研究。结果表明:CaO-FaO-CaF_2复合熔剂,喷粉量在54kg/T-HM 时,脱磷率在50%以上,同时脱硫率在30%以上。添加3~5%Na_2CO_(?)的石灰系复合熔剂,使脱磷脱硫率都得到提高,脱磷率为66%,绝对去磷量最大达0.374%,氧化钙利用率提高到62.95%,而脱碳量在0.10%以下。本文着重讨论了石炙系复合熔剂同时脱磷脱硫能力,氧位对同时脱磷脱硫效果的影响以及脱磷保碳等问题
In a 150 kg medium frequency induction furnace, the lime-based compound flux was sprayed to test the simultaneous dephosphorization and desulfurization of medium phosphorus hot metal with phosphorus content of 0.3-0.5%. The results show that the dephosphorization rate of CaO-FaO-CaF_2 composite flux is above 50% and the desulfurization rate is above 30% when the dusting amount is 54kg / T-HM.
