H_2S毒性较大,容易污染环境,严重威胁人们的身体健康。H_2S还具有腐蚀性,在工业活动中容易腐蚀设备,因而我国开采的原油含硫量较低,属低硫原油。然而,经济不断发展,人们生活的水平不断提高,使得人们所需原油越来越多,从国外进口原油数量变多,其中就有很多高含硫原油,因此对高含硫原油进行脱硫成为迫切需要解决的问题。本文对高含硫原油集输处理出现的问题进行分析,并提出了相应措施解决这些问题,使高含硫原油集输处理水平得到提高,经济效益显著。
H 2 S is more toxic and easy to pollute the environment, posing a serious threat to people’s health. H_2S is also corrosive, which is easy to corrode equipment in industrial activities. Therefore, the crude oil with low sulfur content in our country is a low-sulfur crude oil. However, as the economy continues to develop and people’s living standards continue to improve, more and more crude oil is needed by people and more crude oil is imported from abroad, among which there are many high-sulfur crude oil. Therefore, it is urgent to desulfurize high-sulfur crude oil issues that need resolving. In this paper, the problems of gathering and transportation of high sulfur content crude oil are analyzed, and corresponding measures are put forward to solve these problems. The disposal of high sulfur content crude oil is improved and the economic benefit is remarkable.
