目的:探讨超选择性动脉插管留管化疗晚期宫颈癌的疗效和并发症.方法:对48例宫颈癌Ⅱa～Ⅲb期患者应用Seldinger技术行髂内动脉或子宫动脉插管留管化疗,抗癌药物选择顺铂、平阳霉素,动脉导管保留7天.结果:完全缓解9例,部分缓解25例,好转10例,稳定4例.主要并发症为髂外动脉、股动脉血栓形成.结论:超选择性动脉插管留管化疗宫颈癌可以增加化疗药物作用的浓度和时间,提高治疗效果.
