晋商商业伦理是在特殊的历史条件下形成的。晋商在其经商历程中构筑了一套指导其商业实践活动的相对稳定的商业伦理体系,其“诚信至上,义利合一”的商业行为原则;“德法并举,学而优则贾”的商业管理规范;“克勤克俭,共存共荣”的商业道德价值诉求等商业伦理观念,在晋商的兴起、发展、辉煌中发挥了无可比拟的作用,造就晋商在中国乃至世界商业史上令人叹为观止的商界奇迹。企业管理伦理是企业管理活动的内在要求,加强企业管理伦理建设,有利于培育企业社会责任意识,处理好与各种利益相关者的关系,进而提升企业核心竞争力和管理效益。以晋商商业伦理为基础对现代企业管理伦理进行研究,既有利于对中国传统商业伦理的继承和发展,也有利于更好地借鉴传统商业伦理道德构建现代企业的管理伦理体系。
