动态矩阵控制(DMC)算法是一种基于对象阶跃响应的预测控制算法,它适用于渐进稳定的线性对象,但许多工业实际对象很难满足这一要求.文中探讨了把DMC与PID结合的实现方法,可有效地拓宽该算法的适用范围.由于实际对象与理论模型的差异,将动态矩阵控制这一先进的控制方法应用于实际时必然会出现一些问题,文中探讨了这些问题的成因及其解决办法.
The Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC) algorithm is a predictive control algorithm based on object step response. It is suitable for asymptotic stable linear objects, but it is difficult for many industrial real objects to meet this requirement. In this paper, the method of combining DMC with PID is discussed, which can effectively broaden the scope of application of the algorithm. Due to the difference between the actual object and the theoretical model, some problems will inevitably arise when the advanced control method of dynamic matrix control is applied in practice. The causes and solutions of these problems are discussed in this paper.
