乡镇卫生院作为农村医疗的主体,为广大农民提供基础的医疗服务。调查研究表明,近一半的农村患者会选择在乡镇卫生院就医,乡镇卫生院俨然是农民就医的主要途径,同时乡镇卫生院对于实践新型农村医疗合作制度也有着重要意义。但是目前很多乡镇卫生院还存在着医疗水平差、医疗人员不够以及患者满意率低下等多重问题。本文以乡镇卫生院人力资源配置为研究对象,首先阐述乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源配置现状,然后分析乡镇卫生院人力资源配置不当会产生的负面影响,最后提出了如何有效进行乡镇卫生院人力资源配置优化的方法,目的在于促进乡镇医院的未来发展。
Township hospitals as the main body of rural medical services for the vast number of peasants to provide basic medical services. In this paper, the allocation of human resources in township hospitals as the research object, first of all, the status quo of the allocation of health human resources in township hospitals, and then analyze the negative impact of inappropriate allocation of human resources in township hospitals, and finally put forward how to effectively carry out the allocation of human resources in township hospitals Optimization method, the purpose is to promote the future development of township hospitals.
