今年下半年,中央主要新闻单位直至行业报、专业报,都对中层以上干部(主要是新闻业务干部)开展了“三项学习教育”活动。广大新闻工作者在认真学习“三个代表”重要思想、确立马克思主义新闻观的基础上,深入探讨新闻业务。工人日报社总编辑、副总编辑带头到培训班讲课、谈心得,部主任也都写出论文交流,从而形成了编辑、记者学习理论、坚定信念、研究业务的风气。本期选登工人日报社几位部主任的论文,希望能对广大读者(特别是企业报及各级工人报刊的采编人员)有所启迪。
In the second half of this year, the major news agencies in the central government upheld the “three learning and education activities” for cadres above the middle rank (mainly news business cadres) up to the industrial newspapers and professional newspapers. The majority of journalists, on the basis of conscientiously studying the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ and establishing the Marxist press concept, have conducted in-depth discussions on the news business. The chief editor and deputy editor-in-chief of Workers Daily took the lead to give lectures and talk experiences in the training class and the director of the department also wrote essay exchanges, thus forming a learning atmosphere of editorial and journalist learning theories, firm belief and business conduct. In the current issue, several papers published by the workers’ daily newspapers were hoped for some inspiration to readers, especially those reported by enterprises and workers at all levels.
