东芝事件虽然过去了,但余温未了。在引起社会的关注之余,它与其它热点问题的最大不同处在于,目前仍在继续反思这件事情的主要是两个领域的有关人士,其一是企业界的公关部门,其二是传媒自身。正是认识到东芝事件在传媒和公关领域的这一特殊意义,笔者以此为契机,就传媒和公关的角色问题进行剖析,无意间从中发现了事件背后的另外一种全新的现象:在传媒对东芝事
Although the Toshiba incident has passed, but the temperature is gone. Apart from the concern of the community, it has the biggest difference from other hot issues in that it is still continuing to reflect on this issue. It is mainly concerned with people in two fields, one of whom is the public relations department of the business community and the other is the media itself. It is this special significance of recognizing the events in the media and public relations of the Toshiba Incident.
