目的调查日照口岸媒介生物本底情况,为开展媒介生物控制工作提供科学依据。方法鼠类调查采用夹夜法;蝇类采用蝇笼诱捕法;蚊类采用紫外线灯诱捕法;蜚蠊采用粘蟑纸粘捕法。结果捕获鼠类102只,隶属2目2科4种,褐家鼠为优势种群,年平均鼠密度为1.01%。鼠体平均染蚤率为23.53%,蚤指数0.24;捕蝇13 291只,隶属5科29种,格氏丽蝇、丝光绿蝇为优势种群,蝇类平均密度为92.3只/笼;捕蚊465只,隶属1科3属8种,淡色库蚊为优势种群;捕蜚蠊279只,均为德国小蠊,阳性侵害率平均为9.72%。结论鼠密度呈降低的趋势,说明近几年的防制措施得力,鼠体染蚤率较高,应引起高度重视。
Objective To investigate the background of media organisms in Rizhao port and provide a scientific basis for carrying out media biological control. Methods Rodents were investigated using the method of catching the night, flies using flies cage trap method, mosquitoes using UV lamp trapping method, and cockroaches using sticky cockroach stick method. Results Totally 102 rodents were captured, belonging to 2 orders, 2 families and 4 species. Rattus norvegicus was the dominant species with an average annual rat density of 1.01%. The average rate of flea infection in flea was 23.53% and flea index was 0.24. There were 13 291 fly traps, belonging to 29 families, 5 families and 29 species, Grifula florida and Lucilia sericata were the dominant species. The average flies were 92.3 per cage. 465, belonging to 1 family, 3 genera and 8 species, Culex pipiens pallens dominant population; caught cockroach 279, are German cockroach, the positive rate of 9.72% of the average. Conclusion The rat density showed a decreasing trend, indicating that in recent years, effective control measures, rat flea flea rates should be given high priority.
