花生幼苗二叶期用不同浓度的PP_(333)溶液处理,待四叶期时,称其地下部分鲜、干重,分析其过氧化物酶同工酶酶带,测过氧化物酶及IAA氧化酶活性。结果表明:1、PP_(333)使花生幼苗地下部分鲜重、干重增加,促进根的生长。2、根部过氧化物酶同工酶酶带随处理浓度升高而颜色变浅。3、过氧化物酶及IAA氧化酶活性减弱。上述结果表明:PP_(333)对根部IAA有一定的影响。
The second leaf stage of peanut seedlings was treated with different concentrations of PP_ (333) solution. When the four - leaf stage was reached, the fresh and dry weight of the underground part of the peanut seedlings was measured. The peroxidase isozyme bands were analyzed. The peroxidase and IAA Oxidase activity. The results showed that: 1, PP_ (333) increased the fresh weight and dry weight of underground parts of peanut seedlings and promoted the growth of roots. 2, the root of peroxidase isozymes with the processing of the concentration of the higher concentration and lighter. 3, peroxidase and IAA oxidase activity weakened. The above results show that: PP_ (333) has a certain impact on the root IAA.
