空间观念的形成和发展是小学数学学习的重要目标之一。而在现实的学习活动中,学生往往缺乏的就是空间观念,几何知识的学习成为他们学习的难点,也是他们学习中最薄弱的环节。因此,为了使学生更好地生存、发展和突破,教师必须关注学生的学习现实,运用多种教学手段,从学生的生活经验出发,引导学生把生活中对图形的感受与空间存在的几何图形建立联系,让学生充分感受到数学和生活的联系,体会到数学确实存在于生活中,从而有效地培养学生的空间观念。
