选用4个恢复系、4个不育系及其相应的保持系配制了32个杂交组合、比较了不同胞质以及不同母本基因型和恢复系对杂种 F_1的几个主要性状的效应.结果表明、提莫菲维细胞质对 F_1的每穗粒数及每穗粒重有十分显著的影响,但对单株产量影响不显著。某些母本基因型与提莫菲维细胞质的相互作用可使 T 质杂种的单穗拉重、单株粒数、单株穗数、单株粒重显著优于 A 质杂种。不同母本基因型、不同恢复系对 F_1的千粒重、穗粒重、穗粒数、单株粒数、单株穗数、单株产量、株高均有显著影响,并且它们的互作对千粒重、穗柱重、单株粒数、单株产量、株高亦有显著影响。上述结果说明、只要亲本选配得当、可以充分发挥 T 型杂种小麦的杂种优势.
A total of 32 hybrid combinations were prepared from 4 restorer lines, 4 sterile lines and their corresponding maintainer lines, and the effect of different cytoplasmic and different female genotypes and restorer lines on several major traits of hybrid F1 was compared. Results The results showed that the Timofeema cytoplasm had a very significant effect on the grain number per panicle and the grain weight per panicle of F_1, but had no significant effect on the yield per plant. The interaction of some maternal genotypes with Timofeev cytoplasm could make single tassel of T hybrids weakened, the number of per plant, number of panicles per plant and grain weight per plant were significantly better than those of A hybrids. Different genotypes and restorer lines had significant effects on 1000-grain weight, grain weight per spike, grain number per spike, grain number per plant, spikes per plant, yield per plant and plant height of F_1, and their reciprocal effects on 1000-grain weight, Spike weight, grain number per plant, yield per plant, plant height also had a significant effect. The above results show that as long as the parental properly selected, you can give full play to the T-hybrid wheat heterosis.
