1971年Hwang及Friesen建立放免法测定泌乳素(PRL)以来,逐步阐明了PRL的生理和病理意义.本文就临床上常见的高PRL血症及PRL瘤作简要介绍. 一、PRL分泌的调节实验证明当下丘脑与垂体之间的联系中断时,大部分垂体激素分泌都下降,唯独PRL分泌反而增多,说明下丘脑分泌一种PRL抑制因子(PIF),通过门脉到达垂体前叶抑制PRL的释放,下丘脑还有另一种能使垂体释放PRL因子(PRF),其生理意义
In 1971, Hwang and Friesen established a radioimmunoassay for prolactin (PRL), and gradually elucidated the physiological and pathological significance of PRL. This article briefly describes the clinically common high PRL hyperlipidemia and PRL tumors. I. Regulation of PRL secretion It was proved that when the connection between the hypothalamus and the pituitary was interrupted, most of the pituitary hormones decreased, except that PRL secretion increased, indicating that the hypothalamus secreted a PRL inhibitory factor (PIF) to inhibit PRL through the portal vein to the anterior pituitary.
